Holidays
Everyone needs a break and loves going on holiday so here at ASL holidays start at 28 days’ inclusive of bank holidays, but we reward your loyalty with an incremental holiday scheme in place for each year served, up to 38 days. There is also the option to buy/sell up to five days each year.

The Sustainable Office
We’ve got a fantastically equipped office that is easily commutable, it’s sustainable as our office is equipped with solar panels and we offer car charging.
Break Out Area
There are various breakout areas, including games consoles, Pool Table and Table Tennis. There is very often an office competition of some kind to encourage teamwork!

Learning and Development
We support learning and development throughout the business and provide several learning opportunities and in-house development. We have an E-learning platform with access to thousands of courses. We are keen to support our employees to pursue Paid IT certifications and training. We also hold regular Knowledge Hours where employees can drop in to learn about business specific topics.
