Whilst we support ad-hoc billing, the arrangement preferred by the vast majority of our clients is to enter in to an agreed fixed-price contract, reviewed quarterly, so that you know that not only will you be covered for all engineer time, but also what the costs will be. All support events are transparent, and we can supply a full inventory of actions over a period which, whilst also promoting fairness and honesty, is highly useful to identify and deal with recurring problems.
